Welcome to ClassWise Application, provided by YE WISE Learning ltd. (“we,” “our,” or “us”). The Classwise application (“App”) is intended for use by licensees of Young Engineers and their instructors (“you,” “your,” or “licensees”) to manage their operations. For the purposes of this document, licensees may also be referred to as business owners. The ClassWise application is owned and operated by YE WISE Learning Ltd. E Square Young Engineers Franchising Ltd. (“E-Square”) is not involved in managing the App but is granted viewing access to all data strictly for performance tracking, quality assurance, and insights. By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the App.

1. Purpose of the App

The App is designed to assist licensees of Young Engineers in managing their operations efficiently. Users of the App can:

• Keep records of student and caregiver information.

• Access class-related data.

• Update parents/caregivers about class activities.

• Manage classes and lesson calendars.

• Oversee instructors and their assigned groups.

2. User Responsibilities

As a user of the App, you agree to:

1. Obtain and document caregiver consent before storing student or caregiver data in the App.

2. Avoid using student or caregiver data if proper consent has not been obtained and notify support@youngengineers.org immediately if such data is added accidentally.

3. Handle all data, including personal information, in compliance with applicable privacy laws, including GDPR.

4. Not share any data stored in the App with unauthorized parties.

3. Account Management

• Licensee accounts are created and managed by HQ.

• Instructor accounts are created by licensees and provided through an automated process.

• Users can reset their credentials through the App or contact support@youngengineers.org for assistance.

• All credentials and data are stored securely on AWS servers.

4. Liability

• Licensees are solely responsible for ensuring GDPR compliance, including obtaining caregiver consent and managing data responsibly.

• YE WISE Learning Ltd. and E Square Young Engineers Franchising Ltd. are not liable for any misuse of the App or data by licensees or instructors.

5. Data Privacy and Security

• All data, including student names, caregiver contact details, and attendance records, is encrypted to protect user privacy.

• YE WISE Learning Ltd. may provide E Square Young Engineers Franchising Ltd. with access to view all data in the App solely for insights, performance monitoring, and operational evaluation. E Square does not operate or control the App.

6. Updates and Changes

• We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use and the App at any time.

• Users will be notified of significant updates via the App or email.

7. Prohibited Use

You are prohibited from:

• Sharing App credentials or data with unauthorized individuals.

• Using the App for any unlawful purpose.

8. Termination

• HQ reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to the App for users who violate these Terms of Use or the terms of their license agreement.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Cyprus, with any disputes to be resolved exclusively in the courts of Larnaca.
